Next Steps: Prepping for Indianapolis Trip and 1 Million Cups

Thank you all for visiting my blog after such a long hiatus of any new posts! It has been almost a year since I last posted, but I haven't been idle all this time. Since then I have hosted an exchange student from Korea (who has interest in engineering!), added another agency to my freelance Spanish/English interpretation services, and attended the two-day SAE International Standards Leadership Workshop at their headquarters in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.

But none of this has to do with my last post about the DIY garage idea. Well, it has not died:

• I created my first Facebook event invite for Sunday, July 10, 2016 (yes, the one-year anniversary of my last blog post), for a Self-Serve Garage Interest Meeting, which will prepare for a trip down to DIY Garage Indy. Let me know if you are interested in receiving an invite (even if you are not on Facebook; I just need your e-mail address)
• I am also excited to announce that I will be presenting AutoLingo at 1 Million Cups on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Sweetwater Sound! Now, this is not a sales pitch, but rather an opportunity to present about my venture for 6 minutes and get feedback and coaching.
